Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by pulsewan.com unless mutually agreed upon otherwise by pulsewan.com and the customer. All exceptions or revisions to these Terms and Conditions must be submitted in writing for pulsewan.com approval. In order for approval to be final, all exceptions or revisions must be signed by authorized agents of both parties (pulsewan.com and the Customer). Customers agree to follow the specific terms and conditions listed below when entering into a sales agreement with pulsewan.com.com. In Addition, pulsewan.com preserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions without advance notice to its customers.
Shipping
If items are in stock, they will ship within 2-3 business days ARO. Lead time for items on backorder is approximately 3-4 weeks. pulsewan.com will prepay and bill shipping costs to customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on an order unless otherwise agreed upon by pulsewan.com.
Tracking orders
Tracking information will be provided to customers when available so that customers may track the status of their shipment. Tracking information usually becomes available the next business day after the equipment is shipped to the customer.
Credit card purchases
pulsewan.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The customer’s credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed upon by pulsewan.com. The order is processed only if and when the card is approved. pulsewan.com will do everything possible to protect our customer’s by securely storing personal information.
Sales Tax
Shipments made to NJ, MD, FL, CO and CA will be taxable unless customer provides a valid tax-exempt form that is approved by pulsewan.com.
Returns
The customer’s purchase order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. Items are returnable only if they are in new condition. Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging. Items that are not in original packaging or are opened will not be accepted for return. Items must be returned within 10 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted after this time. Restocking fees may apply. Not all items are returnable. Please consult with pulsewan.com customer service or your account representative to confirm whether or not items are returnable.
