The AirLink™
ETSI digital microwave radio meets the European
Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI)
specifications and is limited to a maximum E.I.R.P.
(effective isotropic radiated power) of
20 dBm (100 mW).
The AirLink ETSI radio
provides solutions for voice and data applications
between two locations up to 40 km apart. This technology
delivers very low bit error rate links that have high
immunity to interference. A pair of AirLink radios with
line-of-sight access creates a robust, wireless link
using spread-spectrum microwave transmission.
These links are ideal for
public and private networks. Applications include
Wireless Local Loop (WLL), Wide Area Networking (WAN),
and Metropolitan Area Networking (MAN). High-performance
links are ideal for frame relay applications and
last-mile feeders into optical and satellite networks.
