P-com exceeds established standards within the Wireless Internet Market with the release of AirPro Gold.Net, the first in a series of next-generation Spread Spectrum Products. AirPro Gold.Net provides high-speed Point-to- Multipoint Ethernet connectivity at 11 Mb/s.

The unparalleled features of AirPro Gold include Non-Line-of-sight, 1+1 protection, Quality of Service (QoS) and multiple network topologies. In contrast with the competitive short-range products that offer only bridging and provide inefficient network throughput, AirPro Gold claims distances in excess of 28 miles, full routing capabilities, and true network throughput of over 8.5 Mb/s. AirPro Gold provides these outstanding features and remains competitively priced.

Bundled with P-Com’s robust Site Manager Pro software, AirPro Gold supports variable modulation, multiple wireless clusters and SNMP. AirPro Gold technology responds to market demands by providing an Auto-sensing Ethernet Port capable of 10 Base-T or 100 Base-T.

AirPro Gold extends P-Com’s commitment to product quality by offering an industry leading three year warranty and ease of installation. Configuration can be accomplished by Dip Switches, Command Line Interface or Site Manager Pro GUI.
