Description

To keep VoIP service running smoothly over your network, you need immediate access to all of your Tenor switches whether they're around the corner or around the world. Quintum's Remote Management Session Server, with patent pending technology, provides this critical capability by allowing you to easily and securely manage all of your distributed Tenor VoIP switches from a single, intuitive application. It provides the complete system configuration, performance monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote upgrade functionality you need to maintain and optimize the health of VoIP services even if you have to manage Tenor switches that are behind NAT firewalls.

The Remote Management Session Server resides either on the public IP network, or within the DMZ behind a firewall, and upon request, sets up a secure management channel between the configuration and management platform, and a Tenor Switch that is securely located behind a NAT firewall, with either a static or dynamic IP address.

Whether you're an Enterprise, Value Added Reseller, or Service Provider, the Remote Management Session Server allows you to remotely install and manage Tenor switches at your clients' or customers' sites anytime anywhere. It also avoids enterprise router/firewall configuration changes or unnecessary truckrolls to support installations. This simplifies installation and maintenance, reduces the time to identify and resolve problems, and greatly improves customer satisfaction.

Scalable
The Remote Management Session Server can register up to 5,000 remote devices, and can enable management of up to 100 Tenors simultaneously.

Flexible
Tenors can be remotely managed via telnet, FTP or through Quintum's own graphical Tenor Configuration Manager.

Reliable
Each Tenor switch can be registered with two separate Remote Management Session Servers to provide redundancy.

Secure
All communications between the Remote Management Session Server and remote Tenor switches are encrypted to ensure network security.

Easy to implement
For added convenience and ease of implementation, the Remote Management Session Server comes pre-installed on a Quintum Application Server Platform.

Easy to use
Remote Management Session Server's intuitive interface design makes everyday management functions fast and easy. Network administrators can be alerted by E-mail from the Remote Management Session Server when specific Tenor Switches register and are ready for remote management.
