Description

The CS 410 is the first appliance from pbxnsip that integrates the analog telephone lines within the pbxnsip system. It alleviates the need to run the software on a separate PC saving costs and administrative effort.

It is a perfect solution for small to medium sized business’s (SMB) that want to take advantage of VoIP’s benefits and have the option to keep their existing phone lines. For example, local calls can be terminated through the FXO lines while international calls can be sent through the Internet.

Hardware and Interconnectivity
The pbxnsip CS 410 contains 4 integrated FXO ports to connect to existing PSTN trunks and the system also supports IP trunks to connect to Internet Telephony Service Providers that support SIP.

Full Feature Set
The system includes all available features from the other pbxnsip PBX editions. This includes standard features like voicemail, auto attendant or conferencing, but also advanced features like call barge in or cell phone integration. The system can talk to ITSP and if the service provider does not answer include the FXO gateway in the dial plan.

Popular CPE PBX Features
The CS 410 supports music on hold input from a regular audio jack input. This way, customers can provide music on hold from CD players and local radio stations.

The system also support paging output, so that existing overhead paging infrastructure can be used. In the LAN the system can also send RTP multicast traffic and use multicast-enabled devices for office audio paging.

Plug and Play
The CS 410 IP PBX support plug and play of popular IP phones like Polycom, snom, Aastra, and Cisco/ Linksys. The PBX itself can be managed through the web interface and remotely through SSH. It also supports SNMP for remote quality supervision with standard network management tools.

CS410 / CS425
The appliance is available in two editions: The CS410 and the CS425.
The CS410 comes with 10 extensions, 3 auto attendants and 1 agent group, whereas the CS425 has 25 extensions, 5 auto attendants and 3 agent groups. Both the CS410 and CS425 have all features of the pbxnsip phone system.
