Pulse do Local Area Networks (LAN's) ?
Pulse focuses on Wide Area Networks only. Though
we understand LAN's and provide training for our
representatives, we do not supply Ethernet hubs,
switches, PC's, Servers or application software. If you
need us to supply Ethernet Hubs or Switches as part of a
Wide Area Network solution, we can provide them at
competitive pricing.

Does Pulse provide on-line
ordering ? Due to the complex nature
of most Pulse products and solutions, on-line ordering
is not currently offered. Since most Pre-sales

sell. We do not provide free support on equipment that

What kind of warranty does Pulse provide on equipment ?
The warranty of equipment is based on the manufacturer
warranty. This can range from 90 days to 10 years
depending on the manufacturer and model of equipment.
Most service, repairs and exchanges can be handled by
your representative. Most manufacturers provide a Depot
type service for warranty repairs. This means
malfunctioning or broken equipment is sent to a service
center and may remain there for 1 to 4 weeks depending
on the manufacturer. If you require extended or
expedited service, we have separate contracts available
for all your requirements.
